The Runnels County Courthouse is located on the town square. Built in 1888 it still serves the County of Runnels to this day.

The "Charles Noyes Statue" is the oldest icon for Ballinger. The Charles H. Noyes Statue was sculptured by Pompeo Coppini, of Chicago and stands on the courthouse lawn, and is dedicated to the "Spirit of the Texas Cowboy."
Erected in 1993, The Cross faces northwest towards the town of Ballinger, Texas. The Cross stands 100 ft. tall and from tip to tip on the arm it measures 70 ft.

Runnels County encompasses 1,060 square miles of broad, rolling prairie with a small section of the Edwards Plateau in the very southeastern corner of the county.

Surety Title Company proudly serves Runnels County and strives to provide fast, efficient and accurate service for their customers.
