If a report generates false information due to our negligence, please
notify us within 3 business days. We will correct the matter and
email, fax or mail you the correct reports. If the request requires
detailed searching, there will be additional costs. You will be
notified of the cost before the search is completed. If we are unable
to fulfill your request will refund you for the viewing and printing
fees only. Searching fees will not be refunded.
