PC Users: Use Internet Explorer 6 or greater, Mozilla Firefox, or Netscape 6 or greater.

Mac Users: Use Safari, Firefox, or Netscape 6 or greater.

AOL Users: You cannot use the AOL browser. You must connect to the Internet, minimize your AOL browser window and run one of the browsers listed above.

In order to login to SuretyClient, you must configure your browser to accept cookies. Follow the instructions below for your web browser.

PC Users:

• Internet Explorer
  1. In the Tools menu, select Internet Options
  2. In the window that opens select the Privacy tab
  3. Click Advanced and select "Override automatic cookie handling"
  4. Under "First-Party Cookies," choose "Accept"
• Netscape
  1. In the Edit menu, select Preferences
  2. In the left hand menu of the window that opens click on the arrow beside Privacy & Security to expand the menu
  3. Select Cookies
  4. Select Enable All Cookies
• FireFox
  1. In the Tools menu, select Options
  2. In the window that opens select the Privacy tab
  3. Select the Cookies tab.
  4. Check "Allow Sites to Set Cookies"

   

Mac Users:

• Safari
  1. In the Safari menu, select Preferences
  2. Then click Security
  3. In the Accept Cookies section check the box next to "Always" or "Only from sites you navigate to"
  4. If necessary, disable any alerts associated with secure connections.
• Netscape
  1. In the Netscape menu, select Preferences
  2. Then click on Advanced
  3. In the left hand menu of the window that opens click on the arrow beside Privacy & Security to expand the menu
  4. Select Cookies
  5. Select Enable All Cookies
• FireFox
  1. In the Tools menu, select Options
  2. In the window that opens select the Privacy tab
  3. Select the Cookies tab.
